Anti-Spam Policy

1. Our Email Practices

Arch Designs, Inc. uses email to communicate with people who have interacted with our business, registered for events or training, requested information, purchased products or services, subscribed to communications, or otherwise provided their email address in connection with our business.

Depending on your relationship with us, emails may include:

• Registration confirmations
• Event access information
• Event reminders
• Training-related communications
• Information you specifically requested
• Purchase or service-related communications
• Educational business content
• Updates about The Keystone Decision™
• Information about upcoming trainings, programs, products, or services
• Other communications related to Arch Designs, Inc.

We do not intentionally use deceptive email practices.

2. The Keystone Decision™ Event Registrations

When you register for a Keystone Decision™ event or training, including The Keystone Decision™ 3-Day Decision Reset, you may receive emails necessary to support your participation, including:

• Registration confirmation
• Access information
• Zoom or event instructions
• Reminders
• Schedule information
• Materials related to the event
• Important changes or updates relating to your registration

Where a separate option is provided for ongoing marketing communications, your event registration and your choice regarding ongoing marketing are treated separately.

For example, registration for The Keystone Decision™ 3-Day Decision Reset includes an optional checkbox for people who would also like to receive occasional emails from Deb Burger about The Keystone Decision™, business decisions, and upcoming trainings.

That optional checkbox is not pre-selected.

Choosing not to opt into those additional communications does not prevent you from receiving information reasonably related to the event for which you registered.

3. Ongoing Marketing Communications

Where we provide an opportunity to subscribe to ongoing marketing or educational communications, we honor the preference you select.

Our marketing emails may include educational information, invitations, business insights, announcements, offers, or information regarding products and services from Arch Designs, Inc. and The Keystone Decision™.

Recipients may unsubscribe from ongoing marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email.

4. Accurate Sender Information

We intend for our email communications to accurately identify the sender.

We do not knowingly use false or materially misleading:

• “From” information
• Reply-to information
• Domain information
• Routing information
• Email addresses

Our email communications may be sent using third-party email service providers acting on our behalf.

5. Subject Lines

We do not knowingly use deceptive subject lines.

The subject line of an email should reasonably reflect the content or purpose of the message.

6. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Requests

Marketing emails sent by or on behalf of Arch Designs, Inc. will provide a reasonable method for recipients to unsubscribe or opt out of future marketing communications where required.

You may generally unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link contained within the email.

We do not charge a fee for processing an unsubscribe request.

We will not require you to purchase anything in order to unsubscribe.

We intend to honor valid opt-out requests as promptly as reasonably possible and within the period required by applicable law.

Please understand that after unsubscribing from marketing communications, you may still receive communications that are reasonably necessary in connection with:

• An event for which you registered
• A service you requested
• Security or administrative matters
• Other communications that are not subject to your marketing-email preference

7. Email Address Collection

Email addresses may be collected when a person voluntarily:

• Registers for a training or event
• Subscribes to an email list
• Requests information or a resource
• Downloads material
• Completes a form
• Purchases a product or service
• Applies for or inquires about a service
• Communicates directly with Arch Designs, Inc.
• Otherwise provides an email address in connection with our business

We do not authorize the harvesting of email addresses from KeystoneDecision.com for unsolicited marketing purposes.

We also do not authorize third parties to use email addresses obtained through our website to send unauthorized unsolicited commercial email.

8. Third-Party Email Service Providers

Arch Designs, Inc. may use third-party service providers to manage and deliver email communications.

At the time of this policy, MailerLite is used for certain email-list management, event-registration communications, and marketing communications.

Use of a third-party provider does not eliminate our responsibility for the email communications sent on our behalf.

Our use of third-party providers may change over time as our technology and business systems evolve.

9. Physical Postal Address

Commercial email communications sent by or on behalf of Arch Designs, Inc. will include a valid physical postal address where required by applicable law.

10. Prohibited Use of Our Systems

You may not use KeystoneDecision.com, our forms, email systems, business information, or other resources to:

• Impersonate Arch Designs, Inc., Deb Burger, or The Keystone Decision™
• Distribute malicious content
• Violate applicable email, privacy, or anti-spam laws

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our systems where misuse is identified.

11. Compliance

Arch Designs, Inc. intends to conduct its commercial email practices in accordance with applicable laws governing commercial electronic communications, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, where applicable.

Because legal requirements may change and may vary depending on the location of the sender or recipient, this policy may be updated periodically.
